SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States. If there is a holiday, orders will be shipped on the following business day. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following business day. We ship internationally and domestically throughout the United States of American, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.  Before submitting your order, please ensure that you provide the correct name and address for items to be shipped. We are not responsible for any orders that are sent to the incorrect address, provided by you the customer. Orders will be shipped once payments are authorized and processed. Upon approval from your bank, an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.  (Please verify that your email address is accurate). Domestic orders (USA) are delivered within approximately 2 - 7 days. Signature confirmation is available upon request for an additional fee of $2.90 Should the customer request to have the order reshipped (based on inaccurate information provided by the customer), once it has been returned to us; then said customer shall be held responsible for all shipping charges to reship the item.  We will not resend any orders until all shipping charges have been paid. International Orders International orders may be delayed pending customs clearance. You are responsible for local taxes and custom duties in the country where your order was shipped to . We are not responsible for orders held in abeyance while in customs. Orders that are returned due to customs and unpaid duties will be charged an additional shipping fee. Damages All damages or loss incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the delivery carrier and claims should be filed accordingly (with the delivery carrier).   Cancellation Once an order has been placed and submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
