Garlic Crab Claw and Clusters

 

If I didn’t put my foot down, D’Angelo would have eaten every single crab claw. I had to stop him in his tracks. Then he did one of his, “OMG mom, the sauce is so good. This is the best crab ever!” For this child, everything thing that I cook, is “the best thing ever.” He just can’t help himself. On the other hand, I can’t blame him. Garlic makes everything taste great….well …for me it does. Trust me,  if you cook garlic properly, I’m quite sure you would feel the same way that I do.

I don’t understand why, but my body has been craving sea food all week. I’m gonna have to do some research on that. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. The greatest thing about this craving, is that God has blessed me with seafood all week. So far, I have created some amazing mouth watering dishes with mussels, shrimps and scallops. I really craving snapper but these other seafood dishes have really kept me satiated.

D’Angelo was practically drinking the garlic sauce. I thought and chuckled  to myself, “yes keep drinking the garlic, you’re getting your natural antibiotic.”  I must say that I wowed myself with this sauce and will have to cook myself a whole lot more garlic crabs in the near future. Who would have thought garlic could be so d’luscious?
