You’re thinking: ‘This diva eats EVERYTHING with eggs!”
I know, I know. Let’s face it. It’s darn d’luscious and eggs taste really good with almost everything.
Shrimp with spinach and scrambled eggs are also one one my culinary remixes. I can eat eggs every day of the week and enjoy it every single time…without repetition. Cause I’m good greedy like that. Talk about a boost of protein and iron.  I used left over shrimp and added it to my scrambled eggs.  You just have to try this. It could have been an omelette or a frittata but I chose to enjoy a simple scramble of eggs …with shrimp and spinach.
Did I just hear you say, it’s not simple?
I can hear you.
Okay, it may not simple for you, but it ain’t complicated either.
Shrimp cooks in under 10 minutes and spinach wilts in the blink of an eye.
You can do it! I know you can!
