Holistic Health Coaching


I received my nutrition training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school, where I studied all of the major diet theories from traditional philosophies like Ayurveda to modern concepts like Vegan and Paleo. I’ve studied with and been inspired by wellness and nutrition experts like Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra and David Wolfe.

I am the Author of the cookbook “From My Taste Buds To Yours” which focuses on cooking from scratch, without the use of artificial  ingredients and preservatives and a classically trained chef who studied at  Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, the world’s largest hospitality education institution.

Becoming the CEO of my health has been the most rewarding experience in my life.  I am my primary care physician. I understand my body better than any medical practitioner. Because I am in tune with my body, I no longer use prescription drugs to mask symptoms. Embracing my passion as a holistic health coach and holistic chef coupled with eating an array of foods from the earth, has completely transformed my life and shaped my career. My love for all things culinary and holistic allows me the opportunity to add value to your life, by sharing with you, the wealth of information that I have attained throughout my studies and personal experience.

In my health coaching practice, I inspire, educate and empower others to take control of their health. I would love to share with you, how you too can  live a healthy, vibrant, energetic and fulfilling life designed with a holistic approach.

Here’s How it works:
As your holistic health coach, I use a holistic approach to achieve health and wellness which means, I will work one on one with you, supporting you through dietary and lifestyle changes, to achieve YOUR wellness goals. I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world  of contradictory nutrition and health advice together as we explore what works best for you.
As we work together we will analyze how all parts of your life is connected to your health: job, stress, relationships etc. Based on the concept of bio-individuality, there is no one specific diet that  is suitable for everyone, and as such, your holistic plan will include foods that nourish, repair, rebalance and detoxify YOUR body.
