JERK CHICKEN ALFREDO
My grill and I are such wonderful friends. You know, we have that kind of relationship. I put food on it and in return I’m blessed with some of the most awesome flavor profiles, like this jerk chicken alfredo.  No I didn’t jerk the alfredo sauce….of course not, just the chicken.

I would like to consider myself a bomb ass sauce maker. Yes those sensory things on my taste buds never stop until I get it just right.  Too sweet? Add some sour. Too mild? Add some herbs or heat. If there is anyone that understands the term balancing flavors, it’s this diva right here; and I get it right….all the time. I don’t care if it takes me another twenty seven minutes; I’m harmonizing those flavors until I have just the right balance.

Alfredo really doesn’t take twenty seven minutes to balance. I’m just being rhetorical. Alfredo is creamy, comforting and has me making love faces right now. It’s the perfect comfort food on any given day. Pairing jerk chicken with alfredo sauce AND pasta happens to be one of the greatest engagement in culinary history. They compliment each other without overpowering. There is no dominant flavor. It’s simply d’luscious!
