The tremendous feedback that I received from my facebook page prompted me to add this totally awesome, sugar free strawberry, kiwi, pear, peach, banana, spinach smoothie recipe to my repertoire. It’s been a while since I’ve posted any smoothies recipes on my website. I do appreciate my fan taking notes and processing the smoothie immediately, as in real time. That definitely speaks volume.
I woke up early with the intention of juicing some beets and cucumber, but quickly decided to prepare this smoothie instead. All the ingredients were directly in front of me, on the kitchen counter. The only thing that I had to visit the refrigerator for, were the flax milk and spinach, which I usually place toward the front of the fridge. I prepare spinach omelettes regularly, so I keep it up front for easy access.
As you can see the blender is full, and I didn’t add the spinach right away. So I blended all the ingredients , then added a handful of spinach, and continued to blend. It was totally awesome!
With the addition of the spinach, it takes on that gorgeous green hue, which doesn’t compromise the flavor at all. It’s remains d’luscious.
