In order for an individual to hydrate therapeutically, it is recommended that you drink half of your body’s weight in water. So if you weigh 300 pounds, you should be drinking 150 ounces of water per day. During my coaching sessions; depending on how sick a client is, I would recommend 64 ounces of raw juices each day, which is simply a half a gallon. The response I normally receive is, “So much!”
Y’all crack me up! Now here’s the deal. I don’t expect you to shove all this magic down your throat all at once. First, invest in a few mason jars or other glass container and utilize them. Upon rising, every morning, I personally begin my day with water, because our bodies are dehydrated when we wake up. To every quart of water, I add 1/2 teaspoon of ionic magnesium and 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt. (That salt stops all the unnecessary urinating which might seems like a good thing, but it depletes your body of the nourishment your are trying to add). I even drink water before bed and sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and drink, cause I’m thirsty. I do not add salt to my raw juices. Mother Nature has already taken care of the nutritional balancing for me.
I know it may sound overwhelming, but two of these quart size mason jars totals 64 ounces. I weigh roughly 150-152 pounds and I can breeze through 2 of these effortlessly. I’m always alternating with various herbal tea blends and ionic magnesium water. For regular maintenance, I personally drink a quart of magnesium water and 1 quart of raw juice. If I happen to walk through an airport or outside in public and “feel” a virus enter my body, I’m doubling up on raw juices. I’m in tuned with my body and my body does detect viruses. They kinda goes straight to my belly button. That’s where I feel it. Anyway, that topic is for another day. Should I detect a virus, I’m adding food grade bentonite clay into my regime. Works like a charm. I ain’t got time to be sick. Two days tops and I’m back to feeling myself again.
With a quart size mason jar, you know it’s a quart, so there’s no need to measure. Pour in your raw juices, water or smoothie and SIP, SIP, SIP until it’s all gone. Yeah you’ve got all day to sip until your body has been hydrated with the amount of fluids it needs. It may take a half a day to sip one quart, but just go ahead and sip. Your poor kidney would be overwhelmed if you were to chug it all anyway. So sip. Ya didn’t know it was that easy huh?
