I eat so much curry, I may even start looking like curry. Curry does justice to damn near every dish that I know. The Jamaican curry is sweeter and milder than an Indian curry which may be a little earthier. I make my own curry to my satisfaction. Doing so allows me to use as much or as little of any one spice that lends to the curry.
After a visit to my favorite farm, I walked away with some long beans. It was actually my first time eating long beans. I’ve always had string beans but never long beans. My farmer is from Trinidad, so it may be a Trinidadian thing. One of the things that I love about myself, is that where food is concerned, I’m adventurous and I may try most foods at least once. I have no regrets about purchasing these long beans straight off the farm. It’s just something about pulling your food source directly from the earth or picking it directly from a tree. No middle man involved. It taste like God because it is God. God is all around. All things Godly are beautiful, pure and d’luscious.
I guess it’s fair for me to say that with all these beans and whole foods being Godly, contributed to the fact that my succulent shrimp taste like manna from heaven. Yes, my curried shrimp and long beans was absolutely divine!
