A love affair was involved in this succulent, Honey Dijon Pork Chops. This isn’t one of those “I’m gonna set you aside and save you for later” kind of dish. This dish clearly says: I’m going to set aside any and everything that has me preoccupied, so that I can devour you immediately.”
My first inclination was to prepare Fried Pork Chops. But then I had this brilliant idea. This pork chop wasn’t that thinly cut of pork. It’s that He-Man, Man-ly Man, Hungry Man kind of cut. This 1″ cut of pork chop required much more attention than deep frying. This kind of juiciness demanded much more respect. It needed to be pampered, with a little bit of sweetness from the honey and the spices from the Dijon Mustard.
There are multiple options when deciding how this cut of pork should be consumed; which includes but is not limited to: eating with such precaution; taking your time to separate each piece of the meat; taking each bite slowly; while savoring all the spices and flavors OR simply have a ravenous encounter with the pork and call it a day.
Pick your choice.
