Mint infused Merry Berry Smoothie

What do you do when you have Banana, Mango, Pineapple, Blackerries, blueberries, raspberries and Mint?  The answer is simple. You make yourself a healthy, d’lusicous refreshing smoothie. When you are on the go, having a smoothie keeps you satiated. It prevents you from eating junk or snacking on foods that aren’t nutrient dense. I drive with my smoothies.  Especially if I know it’s gonna be a long ass day. I damn sure won’t be stopping at any fast food restaurants to buy any of their foods. I shudder just at the thought of eating at certain places. I will ride with a bag of fruits, just so that I can remain full, until I get to my destination. And no I ain’t crazy! I’m as conscious as conscious can be.
