I eat with my eyes first! Who wouldn’t like to have this hearty Open Faced Omelette?
How amazingly divine. I would devour an omelette such as this on any given day…end of story.
End of story may ass. I love to chat and I’m definitely going to elaborate, just a little bit…well maybe a lot, on this d’luscious food from the Gods.
My refrigerator is now my new pantry. I can’t reiterate enough. You will notice that I say this quite often and is rather proud, I must say. Well, it’s loaded with all kinds of veggies. I decided to utilize my creativity, and allowed some of those powerful vegetables to entertain my palate. I must admit…I went to the extreme.
I love campari tomatoes. I can eat them all by themselves, unaccompanied, as if it were really a fruit and not a vegetable. They are supersweet and I MUST have them every week.
As for onions, I love VIDALIA onion. They too are sweet and doesn’t cause me to become teary eyed. I guess it’s not as “gassy” as the yellow onions. I will bypass yellow onions, even if they are free giveaways, at all times.
Bell peppers are added to the majority of my dishes. I enjoy the texture, taste and flavor that it contributes to all my authentic dishes. I am not really a huge fan of green peppers, as it seems tasteless compared to yellow, red and orange bell peppers. There really is no comparison.
All the other veggies and additional ingredients added to this omelet, made it all the more interesting and unique. After they took the first bite, everyone in the household loved me just a little bit more …well maybe a whole lot more . They had better show me some love, because they have no other choice. If they become ungrateful, I will go on strike up in this joint. They better recognize….that I… am the cook around here
