Oven Roasted Parrot Fish and Vegetables

Do you see how large this fish is?
Can you see how huge this fish is?
The pan it sits in is 11×13 inches in length and width.
The fish is the size of a pink salmon. You’re probably wondering why I am asking all these questions. As you can see, I exerted plenty of love into yet another one of my authentic creations.  I usually do, so I’m not complaining. I am honored to be able to get up and throw down in my kitchen, the way that I do. God has surely blessed me abundantly. My talent is truly a gift from God, and I thank Him each and everyday. Now this huge fish had to be distributed between four people. And might I ask again…..do you see how huge this fish is? Ok.

Now could someone please, pretty please explain to me why I was only served the fish head? I am not trying to make any excuses and I refuse to take the blame. However, I was busy multitasking, which I also do excellently well, by being the domestic Goddess that I am.
You can see for yourself right here. Yes that me too!
Anyhow, I asked my husband to share the dinner. Now don’t get me wrong, I am one of those individuals who eats the fish head. I love fish head and I told him that, that was what I wanted. But goodness gracious, I didn’t mean that you should take my word as bible and really give me the so-so head!

You know what…I’m gonna remove my emotions from this blog and finish it tomorrow…..

Well…it is now tomorrow….a new day and I am alive, in good health, blessed and highly favored, so I won’t continue to ramble about how my husband shared me out of the dinner last night. I managed to get some of the actual fish itself, even though it was just a tiny piece. Some people have nothing to eat so…yes I am blessed.

I promote eating foods from the earth and I must say that this was amazing. The juices that flowed from the parrot fish, combined and co-mingled with the vegetables. The taste was out of this world! Who knew that vegetables could be so good. And must I reiterate that I love my vegetables when they are crunchy. The cabbage, chayote squash and all the other vegetables tasted like vegetable heaven.   In order for you to understand the taste of vegetable heaven, you have to be able to eat, and appreciate your vegetables.
