Now ain’t that a pretty piece of pork. Makes me hungry just looking at it. I’m not afraid to admit that even I drool over my own culinary creations. I would be a fool not to. After putting all the love and flavor and energy into this, who wouldn’t want to eat it all?

Look at it! Look how juicy that is!  Can you see the spices and herbs just running rampantly throughout this masterpiece of a picnic pork? I even called myself, tryna debone the pork, but I didn’t completely remove the bone, cause I ‘loves’ me some bone.  I needed it to add that extra flavor that only bones can provide. I was about to just devour this bad boy, but I had to stop and take a photo for y’all. I just had to!
