Whenever I see pasta drowned in any kinda sauce, it usually makes me kinda nauseous. I enjoy and appreciate my pasta best when it’s kissed with a flavorful sauce. This is an exquisite but simple dish of ground beef cooked in its own juices with herbs, spices, bell peppers and onions. Once the flavor was fully developed, I tossed the spaghetti with the meat sauce. Doing so allowed me to savor the essence of each individual ingredient. It was simple, comforting and d’luscious!
