I put my heart and soul into all of my authentic dishes and I prefer and enjoy cooking without distractions. I have no problems multitasking and interacting while cooking, however don’t bother me when I’m supposed to be paying attention to the pot/skillet/oven etc. Talk to me while I’m prepping but puleez, for the love of God, I beg of you… leave me alone when I’m finessing the heck out of an award winning dish, such as this Spicy Curry Crab.
Do not mess with me when I am preparing crabs, especially curry crabs. Crabs are “expensilive” okay. I learned that word from my very comical friend Yolanda. She can be hilarious when she wants to. Anyway, I paid lots of money for these crabs. It is not a .99cents per pound deal. Despite the hard shell, these flesh of these babies are majorly delicate and requires much of my attention. The herbs and spices catapulted this dish to such higher heights that it almost set it on fire! Yes, I don’t mean to toot my horn but this dish is hot! Thank goodness, it was devoured so quickly…I didn’t have to call the fire truck. No emergencies here…just pure diva’lusciousness!
As I sit here viewing these photos, I realize that I need to have some more of these Curried Crabs. Curry taste great on everything and this is no exception. This dish is the epitome of love. The message being conveyed through these photos are screaming: I was prepared with highest level of love and affection! Can you hear it? If not, I know you can definitely see it…and if you can see it…you can definitely taste it. Tell me …how does it taste?
