Angeline Temple, a cancer survivor, Author, Holistic Health Coach, Public Speaker, Le Cordon Bleu Alumni, Culinary Consultant, Recipe Developer and Food Photographer, shares her love and passion for all things culinary, into a visually appealing, 131 page cook book, loaded with colorful, mouth watering dishes, bursting with high definition photography that brings the food ALIVE, along with step by step instructions, which compels the culinary challenged to embrace their kitchens and develop their palates. 

The inception of ‘From My Taste Buds To Yours’ resulted from a simple request for a Curry Chicken recipe from her son Robert, who also instructed her to create a fan page on Facebook: Ange’luscious Authentic Dishes.  With the increasing demand from fans all over the world, pleading for the recipes, Angeline and her son Robert passionately collaborated, artistically designed and fulfilled their request.

Each recipe begins with an anecdote that allows you to capture her sense of being and emotional status that fueled the inspiration behind each culinary masterpiece.  Glorious Baked Snapper with Harvest Vegetables, Curry Crab, Salmon and Shrimp in Coconut Curry Sauce will definitely tantalize your taste buds.     The dishes are to die for!!! Where do I start?!! The soups and seafood dishes are my favorites. The cookbook is thoroughly written…it’s like having Angeline right there in the Kitchen guiding you through the cooking process. I recommend this to anyone!

    I couldn’t wait to get my hands on this book. I have other cook books in my house but this is the only one I’VE ever actually used. The pictures are so vibrant and real that you can just taste the flavors without even cooking. Yes this book is a must have. The directions for each recipe is so easy to follow, pic by pic with instructions on how to not cook but become a chef. I have a hard time making plantains, but since I follow your instructions to the T, I’ve mastered it. I love all the recipes because there is a variety of options to choose from depending on your taste buds. My favorite is the oxtails. Love it, love it…don’t leave here without your copy….your missing out if you do.

    I’ve come across a lot of cook books but I’ve never seen one that you can actually follow the recipe without having to worry if the dish is going to come out right. Her recipes are to die for and so easy to use. Every dish is simple but great. I’ve recommend this book to my friends and they are just loving it. Can’t wait to see what you come out with next.     Let me begin by saying that I am far from being a chef, so when I first received this wonderful cookbook I was initially intimidated by some of the ingredients. Although needless to say I’m sure anyone who is privileged enough to own a copy would agree that the detail in which it is written will quickly put your mind at ease just as it has done to me. I fell in love with Angeline’s signature cooking style and how she uniquely combines West Indies and all American flavors in such a way that the flavors become instantly married to each other and so mouth-watering delicious! Please hurry with highly anticipated volume #2! We all will be anxiously waiting! Xoxoxo

    Go support my girl Angeline Temple Ange’Luscious!!!! My beautiful jamaican sister!!!! Author, cancer survivor, fighting endometriosis and winning at all things ventured!!!! One of the biggest foodie I know in all things natural and DELUSCHIOUS!!!!! If you’ve always wanted to try a jamaican dish and you just don’t know how to cook, this book gives you colourful step by step instructions on exactly how to accomplish such unique flavors and taste. Go get your copy, I promise you won’t regret it and yes…I have mine!!!!     Being the Fan that I am for my Jamaikan Mango Mz. Ange’luscious Authentic Dishes, if she were to tell me that the Earth’s axis have shifted in the favor of my boarding a plane as of tomorrow to her birth country, I would believe her. I rely on her for more then food measurements, health talks, Cancer topic support talks, how to cleanse my produce, we have shared in relationship talks so on and so forth talks, she is a very dear Sistren friend of mines and I Love her like I Love myself and the Caribbean’s breeze itself. Health-er-rize yourself with further instructions by viewing her awesome videos on youtube from the nutrient Lady herself. And while you’re at it drop those coins and get on board with myself and others who njoy the fine-ness of Caribbean food vibes because you will not be disappointed when you too become an owner and/or a sous chef of this outrageously informative food Bible of high definition, mouth watery and self explanatory photos specifically designed for beginner cooks and season cooks. If you are not a fan of the hot peppers or less peppers than omit and your dishes will still taste Angi-B-delicious. Thanks my darling for sharing you natural born talents with me, I so appreciate your vibrations.

    Waited a long time to get my hands on this book. Well worth the wait. I’d like a part two now with Jamaican deserts like Black Cake, Coconut Drops, Bulla Bun, Turnovers, patties, and Juices like.., Irish Moss, Peanut Punch, Maurby, Sorrel, Strong Back- made with Guinness Stout, Peanut Butter, and Oats. Would love IT!!!!!!!!!!

    Angeline, you’ve brought culinary art to new level. Your creativity and passion for food are exceedingly amazing and encouraging to me. Your bold and colorful displays POP. For me, the displays make salivate and taste the food. You go beyond the norm and mundane ways of preparing healthy meals. I love that. I envision you “Natural Chef” on TV food channel.     Angeline’s step by step approach for every recipe makes cooking truly delicious meals so easy and the mouth watering, colorful pictures are absolutely fantastic !

    It a great recipe book. Due to my health issues, this book help me to change the way I used to cook. Now I cook with only herbs and less bottle seasoning. I enjoyed all your wonderful recipes. Thank you for sharing this great book…….
