I don’t know what gets into me sometimes. I get the most unusual cravings. These combinations are relevantly harmonious. I do receive lots of kudos as well. While most Jamaicans may cook or eat curry goat at least once per week, I eat it occasionally. If you try it, you would enjoy it as well. I would indulge in this delicacy a little more often, if lamb wasn’t passed off as goat. Not that lamb isn’t d’luscious; goat is my preference.
Salads are nutritious, therefore, I try to get it in any which way that I possibly can. I love salads, all kinds of salads. Furthermore, what better way to eat your curry goat, and sneak in that daily serving of salad? Preparing this meal the way that I did, eliminates the need to purchase or prepare any special salad dressings. The sauce/gravy from the curry goat complimented it well. Toss the salad with the sauce and say a prayer. Be sure to thank God for this one. HE truly deserves all the praises.
