Chicken Soup with Beef, taste like heaven on earth

I love soup, however this particular soup has by far been the most exceptional! I am still amazed at the outcome.  I’m still trying to figure out what made this soup so excellently flavorful.  Either all the produce I purchase was at their utmost peak, or the earth/soil used to cultivate these root vegetables were blessed by God himself. Why would I ever want to buy soup in a can? This soup was PURE. All the ingredients married so well and the flavors and taste that emanated from this authentic creation, was out of this world.

I woke up yesterday feeling for soup and decided it would include soup bones, chicken and chicken feet. What most people do not understand is that bones adds depth of flavor. All vegetables contains great health benefits, AND is best in their  “all natural” state. I was never a fan of canned vegetables.  It still irks me to this day why anyone would purchase canned potatoes, or potatoes from a box. What’s so hard in peeling a potato? It’s painless.  Once you begin to eat your food in its natural state, you WILL become an addict… at least I did.

The process is fairly seamless. If you have spare time on your hands….no if…matter of fact, make time…you will notice the difference. I am so happy that I have begun the process of eliminating so many things from my diet. I am eating from the earth and it feels and taste wonderful!

After carefully selecting the ingredients for my soup, I dedicated all my time and effort in this domestic event. I was determined to show this pot so much love. Why? This was about the only thing that I would be doing today. I wasn’t feeling 100% at all and would be in bed for the remainder of the day. However, when I tell you that I am still in awe….believe me!

Every single time that I prepare soup, I say to myself, “I need a bigger soup pot.” I try to add just about every root vegetable that I have on hand (which I always seem to have in excess), and will never ever leave out my dumplings.  I don’t know about you, but dumplings are a staple  in my soups. My hubby had seconds and so did I. If I didn’t know better, I would’ve thought that I was back home in Jamaica.

I anticipated having some left over soup for breakfast this morning, but there are no left overs. I definitely have to recreate this dish. This is unbelievable!
