My greatest culinary inspiration usually stems from the available produce in my sanctuary. There are times when I’m just not in the mood for meat. My temple will scream; well maybe not scream, but insinuate that we need to ease up on the meat or just skip it altogether. Day by day, I’m becoming more disciplined.
I saute some purple cabbage with kale and added roasted butternut squash for some sweetness. Sweet potatoes ain’t got nothing on butternut squash. Believe that! Add some pasta and an entire meal is born. The hardest part of the meal was the prepping. Once you’ve gotten past the prepping, everything is smooth sailing and amazingly d’lusious!
