Curry Chicken with Broccoli and Carrots

 

On my list of fast foods that involves cooking, curry chicken happens to be running neck and neck with all of my other mouth watering dishes. I want you to keep in mind that in addition to being an awesome cook, I am also a food photographer, so it’s natural for me to plate one of my authentic dishes and have you salivating in less than 5 seconds. Never mind the intricate details of the dish below, but trust and believe me when I tell you that curry chicken is good food fast!

Once your vegetables are prepped and your butcher has chopped the chicken into pieces for you….you are practically done cooking. I seriously need to create some video tutorials, just so that I can demonstrate how easy it is to have d’luscious, healthy meals on your table, in no time for your family. I can walk into my kitchen, wash my hands, add the curry chicken to the pot, cover with lid, and take a shower. By the time I’m done titivating, (rubbing extra virgin organic coconut oil all over my hair and skin,  and put on a T-shirt and batty rider)….the curry chicken is usually done. Yes, it is that quick!  Vegetables don’t take that long to cook. Matter-of-fact,  I practically eat my veggies raw. Why? Cooking your veggies will deplete them of all their nutrients. It only takes me 1 minute to cook broccoli. Yes, you heard right…..1 minute.
