After making that awesome salad that was inspired by the dragon fruit that I had purchased, I decided to make some smoothie out of it. I think this is by far one of the best smoothies that I have made. It required absolutely nothing but the fruits and a tad bit of pineapple ginger juice that I had made, and I only did so to thin it out. It’s great with or without the pineapple ginger juice, so if you don’t have any pineapple ginger juice, that’s perfectly fine. There was no need to add almond milk, ice, or any sweetener, and the taste remained superb! I love using fresh ingredients. I feel so pure whenever I do and I know that I am not compromising any of the nutritional benefits that it has to offer.

Dragon Fruit-Cantaloupe-Pineapple-Strawberry- Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup Dragon Fruit cut into chunks
1 cup cantaloupe cut into chunks
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup strawberry cut up
1/2 to 1 cup ginger juice (optional)
juice of 1 lemon
Ice (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to blender
Blend until smooth and serve in chilled glasses
