Snapper and Lobster Claw in White Wine Tomato Sauce (Seafood Stew)

Snapper mise en place
This edifying mise en place sets the stage for another culinary masterpiece. Prepping has to be the most time consuming part of cooking. I choose to eat as healthy as I know how, so I MAKE TIME to prep. I FIND time. I could resort to a life of convenience like most people do, but I have learned that choosing convenience foods over healthier options has it disadvantages. For me, it’s a toxic body that causes excruciating pain, and who the heck enjoys pain. So, you see, it really wasn’t a difficult decision.

Fresh ingredients, herbs and spices really excites me. My fine tuned palate appreciates all the flavor profiles that these gorgeous babies lends to my dishes. This was one of those days where I wanted snapper and I wanted lobster, but didn’t want to create 2 separate meals. I decided to fuse both snappers and lobster claws into a jaw dropping, mouthwatering, visually appealing culinary masterpiece.

Snapper an Lobster Claws in White Wine Tomato sauce
I would be completely lost without herbs and spices. Since I began making healthier selections such as Himalayan Pink Salt over packages seasoning salts, ladened with preservatives and chemical; it’s been extremely easy for my body to reject toxins. For the life of me, I just can’t return to those old habits. This authentic seafood stew speaks for itself. All the ingredients used were WHOLE FOODS; nothing artificial. I could taste the sweetness of the lobster claws and the snappers. They made me just want to sit on the banks of the rivers and oceans, singing kumbaya and other sweet melodies, to let them know that I appreciate the sacrifice.
